Jade Chinese Restaurant within The Fullerton Hotel in Singapore brings an impressive upmarket approach to traditional Asian Cuisine. Located in the hub of Singapore's glamorous hotel life, on the banks of the Marina Bay Waterfront, The Fullerton Hotel's Jade restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of the city.

In fact, every local person in the city is likely to know how to direct you to The Fullerton Hotel, as it is now considered a landmark in it's own right. You'll notice Singaporeans are very good with directions in general, and exceptionally helpful to enquiring tourists, so don't be afraid to ask the way!
Walking in to the breathtaking Fullerton Hotel is the perfect introduction to the fine service you are about to receive at Jade Restaurant. Friendly waiting-staff seat you at one of Jade Restaurant's many tables. This is a spacious eatery, with high ceilings and luxury curtains framing the popular dining room. Bamboo pots and colourful Asian flowers decorate corners, while on your personal table a beautiful seasonal Asian flower takes centre stage on the white satin tablecloths. Following Asian tradition, Jade Restaurant embraces the round table dining experience for enhancing good conversation, so bring a group of friends. Smaller tables are also available.
Jade Restaurant's menu offers a divine selection of Chinese set meals, making it a great value dining experience - not often heard of in fine dining! Peking Duck Extravaganza is pretty impressive as a seven-course event. Starting, of course, with duck pancakes - who would start any Chinese meal without these, I don't know! Roasted Peking duck marinated in orange peel, zesty hoisin sauce and cucumber are all delicately wrapped in the perfect pancake.
These are followed by a dish of steamed silken chawanmushi with diced duck meat and wild mushrooms, and accompanied with sliced black truffles. Next comes superior duck bone consommé with duck meat dumplings, porcini mushrooms, lemongrass, coriander and chilli. To refresh your palette, the next course comprises a black sesame lemon sorbet, and sautéed carved Peking duck with pan-seared foie gras, which is roasted with garlic and green asparagus.
Your last duck dish is pineapple fragrant fried rice with diced duck meat, crabmeat, and nonya chilli - served in a crispy moneybag. Dessert is an amazing shaved coconut ice cream with fresh strawberry and mango cream.  Wine is served in large glasses - which always creates an air of indulgence, if you ask me!
Recommended, if you are in Singapore on a business trip or holiday and want to enjoy Asian flavours, Jade Restaurant is an impressive traditional tasting venue.
